The VieProApp is an alarm app on a smartphone with which alarm messages can be received from the VieDome platform. The VieProApp works with an alarm row. This row lists the alarm receivers in the order in which they receive the alarms. For example, first employee 1, then employee 2 and finally the care center. If the first in line does not accept the alarm in time or rejects the alarm, the alarm goes to the next in line.When an alarm is received, the VieProApp indicates the type of alarm call from whom this call originates and at what location this alarm device is located. If the user accepts the alarm, he can communicate with the alarm sounder if possible.If an emergency call is missed because, for example, someone is on the phone, it will be forwarded to the next app user.
